Power and Control
Powerful and reliable Isuzu engine provides outstanding performance and meets all emission regulations.

Joystick mounted track gear selection makes changing speed easier.
'Cushion Control' feature reduces shock to the operator as well as to the dipper and boom during excavator operations. This is in addition to standard ram end damping.
The multi-function hydraulic system allows simultaneous smooth control of all excavator functions. It also ensures straight line tracking at all times, whether other functions are being used or not.
Operator Environment
The large glass area means excellent all round visibility; along with excellent ventilation via the large opening windows. The front screen is also fitted with intermittent wash/wipe as standard.
The display monitor is mounted neatly to the front pillar allowing the operator to monitor the information while maximising the visibility of the bucket or attachment.
A large roof light gives a clear view of the raised attachment and any overhead obstacles.
6 fluid filled resilient mountings which insulate against noise and vibration while minimising movement when tracking over rough ground.
The optional hose-burst protection valves place no restriction on the normal working speed of the machine.
Reliability / Economy
Undercarriage side frames slope for easy cleaning. Large cutouts reduce dirt build-up beneath the top rollers.
Optional long reach attachment gives maximum flexibility.
500 hour engine oil and filter changes, twice as long as many machines ensures very clean oil for long engine life and low maintenance.
The unique JCB Plexus filter cleans then hydraulic oil down to 1.5 microns. Servicing intervals will increase, downtime will reduce and overall machine reliability will be enhanced.
